The Court just silenced the ‘DL Whisperer’ — online and off (Exclusive)

Palmer appeared virtually alongside Ts Madison and Dominique Morgan, who were granted protective orders against him.

Naquan Palmer, also known as the ‘DL Whisperer,’ appeared in court on Tuesday.

Palmer appeared virtually alongside Ts Madison and Dominique Morgan, who were granted protective orders against him.

“In addition to that, we take the act to appear at their home, drive around their neighborhood, and things like that,” Judge Keith Galligan said, in a video obtained by POLISH. “I think that’s...that’s definitely over the line. And that’s the reason this court is issuing a protective order.”

Palmer gestured and appeared to shrug during the judge’s statements.

A 12-month protective order was granted to Madison and Morgan against Palmer, requiring the accused not make contact with either party. This order covers any references to online as well, including words, videos, or images. The judge also indicated that they can extend the protection order for up to three years within the next few months.

A court denied a reverse temporary protective order issued by the DL Whisperer against Madison the day prior. Following Morgan’s question about the conditions of the protective order, the judge asked whether the content creator had any questions.
